I had my initial appointment set up and the day that I go the therapist or the intake person was not there. There was another male therapist that did come out and advised me that no one else was there. I asked him to take a message and I was informed that that was not his job as he was a counselor. I visited roughly 5 months ago with Keith and he was setting stuff up or so I thought n kept saying next week we should start n months later nothing... I have called 1000s 9f times to only get a voice mail he never returns my calls n the center is always closed when I go there for a face to face. Will b contacting the bbb and court for fees that I never got services for. Worst place ever!!!!
Can never get in contact with people. Plus they suck at communicating.
If you are looking for a place to hold supervised visitation with a child this is not the place to be. This place did nothing for our case and completly lied to me in regards to what kind of facility this is. Upon entering the Family Enrichment Center, I had an intake with the owner Keith Josey.
