RecommendedEveryone was very sympathetic and empathetic. Great doctors and nurses. Very clean and up to date facility. Immediately taken to a room and fixed up with fluids and medication! Would highly recommend this family emergency room verses going to a traditional hospital ER.

Wonderful facility!! Amazing staff and doctors!! I was able to walk in explain my pains and with the next hour, they ordered and preformed blood work, CT, and EKG. Another 15 min later it was confirmed I had appendicitis and need surgery. They transferred me to the hospital (of my choice) and I was in surgery less the 2 hours later. Even the nurses and doctors at the hospital commented that I going to the freestanding ER was not only fast but cheaper! I highly recommend family emergency room of Georgetown!

I ran my son over during his lunch period to have them take a quick look at his injured hand. Super easy, no wait they took us right back. X-rays only took a few minutes. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. We all know how confusing insurance billing can be but they even took time to explain how it worked and what not to pay. Highly recommend using them! They have a full range of services and are open 24/365.
