I'm not sure where all these 5 star reviews came from. We had an appointment scheduled and confirmed and the technician never showed up. We called, sent messages the next day - there was no response. Neither did anyone call back or respond to our texts. A professional company would get back with an answer instead of just avoiding calls and texts.
Nathan is both responsive and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help us same day to get our disabled garage door back in action. We couldn't be happier!
Fantastic work. They provided text alerts to confirm appointment, texted when they were on their way and had it fixed quickly and at a very reasonable price. They also included a parts and labor warranty that added value. Could not be happier!!!
