i hate shopping at family dollar its overpriced and the customer service isn't that good. I prefer dollar general

Why are your prices the same price or higher than actual supermarkets like Kroger, Food Lion, Walmart, etc.?? You represent the stores are Dollar stores. I can't believe a loaf of bread is over $4.00, a box of Graham Crackers is $5.50. Something is wrong. It seems like everyone is lining their pockets when so many is struggling. I will be reporting this to the BBB and FTC Federal Trade Commission and our SCC Stare Corporation Commission.

These photos are taken from a Family Dollar location in South Florida, though my experiences at this location are representative of most FD's I've been a customer at throughout the East Coast. It's a clean, organizer store, the only real downside is they can be slow to restock certain items (this may be a consequence of overall supply chain issues, though).

If I could give 0 stars I would trying to pick up loaded trailer waiting over 2 hrs guy in guard shack would rather play on his phone than his job and couldn’t find paperwork for load or trailer been here well over 2 hrs waiting to get into pick up loaded trailer he’s slower than snails tried calling into office Ames they don’t answer there phones at all so no help
