The entire office staff is friendly, courteous, caring, and funny! Even Dr. Gilbert has a great sense of humor and REALLY cares about his patients. Be warned he will be brutally honest with you as he does care and wants you to be at your best.
Front desk staff was really nice, But! I had my time wasted by the doctor. Who seems like she has no experience at all! Don’t go there if you are looking for a family doctor who you plan on seeing often. Wasted my time and did not help at all.
Dr. Gilbert is very professional and one of few doctors left that cares about patients and their wellbeing. He is honest in his medical advice as well as very knowledgeable. I recommend him to anyone.
At first I loved having him as a Doctor partially because he had the same name as my late father. Until one day my husband got some upsetting news back from testing and the way the news was delivered was unprofessional and very rude. It was given over the phone in a very "Well here you go manner." Dr. Gilbert didn't seem to be a compassionate doctor who really cared about us. He just seemed to always be in a rush and not very welcoming. But that is my opinion
