I would give this place negative stars if I could. I feel bad for people who use this place and blindly accept the rude and unprofessional manner they display. It is NOT okay. My request to them was simply for them to send me the final version of my 2017 personal tax returns to me. It turned out that the copy I was given at the time of filing was not the version they submitted to the IRS. I found out because when I went to refinance my mortgage, the bank told me it did not match the IRS tax transcript and they require the co... read more
