From my very first phone call to inquire about Suwanee Family Dentistry to the check out desk after my first appointment has been nothing but pleasant and a wonderful experience. Dr. Starnes explained all procedures and suggested treatments making me comfortable and relaxed about my oral care. I went in for my cleaning today and got great service as always. Took a little less than an hour to get done. I've been a patient of theirs for 4-5 years now, and I've never had a bad experience, and they are reasonably priced too. They always handle my insurance with no problems. I give them 5 stars, but I'd give them more if I could.
Hard to get excited about going to the dentist, but this was one of my better check-ups. The hygienist, Beth, was exceptional, professional, and very personable.
I have been using Suwanee Family Dentistry for my dental needs for a number of years now. Dr. Starnes and her staff are friendly, professional and do a great job. They are always available to give advise on different dental issues and explain options. I had a problem with “grinding” my teeth at night and SFD staff was able to fit me with night guard which alleviated the problem. I highly recommend them for your dental needs!
