I had an appointment for later in the month, but then discovered that I wouldn't be able to make it due to work. I called last Friday to change the appointment, and they were able to squeeze me in on Monday (today)! My erratic schedule the past couple of years has allowed me to meet several of the hygienists, so I can say that all of the hygienists are experienced professionals that provide excellent customer service.
Two thumbs way up. Even though Beth and Dr. H were both out, it was a great experience.
My visit today was perfect as always. Melissa does such a great job cleaning my teeth, the front office people are also so friendly just like the doctor's. If you're looking for a good dentist, come to Suwanee Family Dentistry
I called for an urgent appointment and was accommodated the same day. I saw Dr Picwic who was professional and patient friendly. She was able to address my concerns. Each time I visit Suwanee Family Denistry I leave with a smile.
Melissa provided outstanding service today. She was prompt, professional, kind and knowledgeable. I enjoyed my dental visit today and I look forward to my appointment because of Melissa. In addition Cindy, the wonderful ladies at the front desk, Dr. Starnes and the rest of the amazing staff always provide exceptional service to my entire family. We love Suwannee Family Dentistry. There's no better feeling than the confidence in knowing your Dentist and her whole office has your concerns as their priority. For many years I have had the privilege of having Melissa Corbin as my dental hygienist with Dr Heil-Herrington as my dentist. I'm from Alabama and moved here in August 2015. I am a middle school teacher for Gwinnett County Public Schools. I have had my third appointment with Suwanee Family Dentistry so far. Every time I have been to the office, it has been a positive experience. Front office staff are professional and courteous. Wait time is excellent. I have had to wait less than 15 minutes before being seated. Last time, I was only in the lobby for 5 minutes.
