Its nice to have a facility that is clean, professional, and friendly. My wife and four children go there regularly and Suwanee Family Dentistry makes it convenient to be able to schedule and get everybody on the same routine. Great customer service!!!

I have always been happy with my dental care at SFD. My wife, however, ended up going elsewhere because of a missed appointment fee she found to be unreasonable.
I told the dental assistant this AM during my crown appointment that you know you have a great dental office when you are having your tooth drilled yet you are so relaxed that you almost go to sleep during the procedure. Dr. Heil and all of her hygienists and assistants are awesome.
They are, simply put, the best. I have been a patient since their early two chairs, no waiting" days and have been amazed at how they have maintained their level of care and service as the practice has grown. As dental professionals, I give them my highest recommendation, and as a small business owner I am amazed and inspired by their commitment to customer friendly service. I actually look forward to my visits to the dentist!"
They are always prompt, courteous, and helpful. My daughter loves going here. I find there care to be very thorough and keep me informed at all times.
