RecommendedI had been dealing with tooth pain for a long while, once It finally became too much, I started calling around to different dentists. Every dentist I called, when I’d tell them I didn’t have insurance, they weren’t interested in scheduling an appointment for me. But when I called Capehart, they were so kind and so helpful. Billing here needs work. I called to have my card charged to take care of my bill (which was twice as much as they quoted me) and since I was using care credit the girl that I was speaking to didn’t “know how” to charge it so she was going to have someone else do it and call me back with any issues. They never called back so I thought it was all taken care of until I got a letter from collections in the mail. Now they won’t return my phone calls AGAIN. I left a message and still no call back.
I was very happy with everything about this place until I completed payment, had final appointment, and then regular discomfort. It’s been more than a year of back and forth calls with no answers, and the last couple months not even a return call. So incredibly disappointed.
RecommendedDr McCoy and CGD in general are a huge blessing to us. We came in for a tooth to get drilled on my 11yr old. I had assumed that it was an adult tooth and didn’t think to ask (I should have) but thankfully Dr McCoy had the integrity to tell me this tooth would cone out soon. While it wasn’t wiggly yet it typically comes out right around the age of twelve. She saved us a few hundred, plus she saved my 11 yr old from a less than comfortable treatment plan. RecommendedGreat place! Staff is very friendly, helpful and really seem to enjoy working here. Dr. Dworak was very thorough, patient and so nice. My tooth didn’t want to cooperate and he was so patient and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. I would highly recommend them!
My dentist there was wonderful, she is out on maternity leave and I had to see another dentist. His bedside manner was terrible he refused to do part of the work scheduled because it would take to long so I had to take more time off of work to go back. Today I went in because I wanted to make a payment on my account (it is on an auto plan, but I wanted to switch cards) their billing person was very abrupt with me and stated that this is the only time I would be allowed to do this as it “was a lot of work for her”.
