Natasha was my hygienist, she was very thorough and informative. The office is extremely clean and the dentist was very inviting with questions and constructive with her critiques of my personal oral care. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! The office is clean and comfortable and all of the staff is always incredibly nice and friendly. Melissa, my hygienist, is amazing and Dr. Pickwick is great! I can't believe I used to dread going to the dentist, wish I would have found this office years ago! Always a great experience.
The service is always exceptional, they care about your needs and is wonderful in building a rapport with you. I always feel at home when I go. I had an unexpected procedure that needed to be done, and they did it in a timely manner, also they worked really well together to make the procedure seamless. Would highly recommend anyone looking for a dentist to check them out, been coming here for about 5 years now."
EXCELLENT. I have been seeing Dr. Ashley Starnes and staff for almost 2 years now. Everyone I have dealt with at Suwanee Family Dentistry has been great. They are very prompt ..... If you have an appt. at 10:30 , you will be seen at 10:30. Procedures are clearly explained to you, communication is very good, clean office, everything is top notch . I actually look forward to visiting the dentist ( OK , more like I don't mind at all , LOL ) .......keep up the great work ! Robert Dittrich
