I was very impressed as soon as I walked in the door as a new patient. The front desk greeted me with a smile, I was taken back on time and was treated with the utmost professionalism. I met the doctor's assistant and she went over my reason for being there and then I sat with Dr. Herington for a moment before I was taken back for a Pan X-ray. During the comprehensive exam the Dr. Herington was extremely thorough and was very interested in what my concerns were and she addressed them completely. Continuing on my Hygienist, J... read more

From the first phone call to Suwanee Family Dentistry, I appreciated how friendly every person was that I spoke to. Then when I actually came in, the dental assistant, Erika, was so incredibly sweet. She made conversation and was genuinely interested in who I was as a person. Dr. Starnes was friendly and very professional. She and Erika made me feel at ease in a uneasy situation - my tooth had broken and I had to get a crown. They were extremely attentive to make sure I wasn't in pain.
