Very friendly staff. Dr. Smith and Lisa get you in and out as quick as possible. They show you exactly what is going on with your teeth and what they are trying to achieve. Nice atmosphere for a dentist office.
I had a very good experience at my appt recently, which I always do. Everyone at Family Dentistry always make you feel welcome! Very thankful to have such good people supporting my dental health.
Having been absent too long, my return for a cleaning, check, and set of x-rays, went perfectly. My definition of perfect is three fold: Appointment on time. Hygienist professional, polite, and gentle on my mouth. Dentist prompt, thorough in what the x-rays showed. Return trip in 6 months.

Our family moved to Grinnell in mid 1967 and soon began our association with Family Dentistry. Our first dentist was Dr. Peter Boeke. Upon his retirement I have seen Dr. David Smith. We have a special connection as our son and Dr. Smith and his wife were GHS friends. Staff is the very best, well trained and caring. The practice always seems have the newest of equipment, checking your entire oral cavity and not just teeth.
