As always, Kim is awesome, gentle, kind. Can't say enough good things about her. The office staff is always very helpful when I need to change an appointment, as happened with my recent one. I was expecting a wait of at least a month or two for rescheduling, but was happy to find out I got in 2 days earlier than my original appt. Thanks everyone for yet another great experience!
