Dr. Bordnaro and his staff provide excellent service.
This is ridiculous! They charged me and send me a bill for 365 dollars to pay a bone craft when my husband just went for wisdom removal and end up been billing for that bone craft he didn't even signed a consent to get done the procedure ! And we didn't even plan for a future implant yet, so why the heck we woulve done a bone craft if we don't planning to get that implant yet? This is the worst dentist I have ever been to. The office is very dirty and out dated. The hygienist was so nasty to my 8 year old, that she is now so mortified, I have to take her to a pediatric dentist for sedation to see the dentist. They charged me for X-rays for my 8 year old that came out black and cannot be used. They quoted me one figure for my root canal and crown and when it was all said and done and service paid for, they sent me another bill for $127. Need something done? This is the place to go. I went in there for a simple too extraction due to intense pain in my jaw and that's all I got. I wasn't offered this or that recommendations for what I should or shouldn't do with my teeth which is great I hate being offered extra crap I don't need when I go in for something. Anyway I went in filled out my paper work I was in and out in about 45 minutes. Granted there were people in front of me but that's to be expected anywhere you go. Great job great staff too��

For one, they updated their computer schedule and we took off from work and showed up to our appt we made months in advance for them to say we weren't in the system and they were busy. (They were playing solitaire on the computer.) then the next time we went, the dentist chuckled, as he slipped the tool down my husband's throat, nearly choking him.
