New patient. Well run office and very efficient. Felt like Dr. Heilman did a thorough review of my history and proposed care plan going forward.
I’m quite sure I have the biggest fear of anyone out there. I had to have a tooth pulled and deep cleanings. Now, I’m down to every 3 month cleanings. I know people have worse dental issues than me, but to me, it was really scary. Everyone at the front desk and Dr Dulay and Jenelle are crazy amazing. The first few visits were crazy. My hubby had to practically hold me down and I was crying, shaking, hyperventilating, and having panic attacks,but they helped me get through it! I had an infection in my gum and I was in a lot of pain. I called the office and they instantly got me an appointment with in an hour, where as my other dentist didn’t call me back for hours. From the dentist to the receptionist, all were very caring and helpful. If you’re looking for a kind caring dentist, I’d recommend giving them a try,
Highly recommend! The staff is not only knowledgeable and effective in addressing dental health... but also go above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and at ease during our visits! My son actually looks forward to getting his teeth cleaned!!! They awarded him a “No Cavities Club” certificate afterwards. He feels very proud and motivated to take care of his teeth now:) Best office in Colorado!
I made a appt for a new patient and cleaning and in the end they couldn't do a basic cleaning. It felt unorganized and very sales pitched.
Today was my third visit and each and every time I have been in, I am amazed by the level of care and compassion they show. I highly recommend!
Excellent service. Having had several bad experiences with dentists, it was wonderful to have such a good experience. Kudos to Janelle, she was very patient and made sure I was comfortable and answered all my questions.
