I just wanted to leave a short review to express my gratitude to Dr. Hoffman and his staff. I had a new crown put in. No pain, no problem. Dr. Hoffman is a really good dentist and a cool guy. His staff is very kind and efficient. After years of corporate bs at Carus and Rose Dental Group, I feel good about having a small dental office doing my work. I can't recommend this practice enough. If you're in NATX, GTX, Leander or RR. This is the place!
I absolutely love this place. Period. The staff is fantastic, and the doctor is incredibly sweet with my kids. The office is always clean and esthetically pleasing—inside and out—which makes every visit feel comfortable and welcoming. I was there for a simple cleaning and it took 3 hours.
If I could give these folks 10 stars I would!! Dr. Hoffman and his staff are extremely professional, kind, genuine and fun. Erica at the front desk is very welcoming with her warm smile and jovial personality. I feel like I'm part of the family every time I'm there. Dr Hoffman is a top notch dentist and person. He always has made me feel comfortable and at ease, which is fantastic for me as I used to not be a huge fan of getting dental work done. I highly recommend this dental office.
If you are looking for a dental office because you are new to the area or because you may need to change dentists, you can stop searching! My dad used Family Dental of Teravista for several years before we recently had to move him closer to us. He had a dental procedure performed just before we moved him and shortly after we moved him, he had a bridge break. This practice was very understanding and responsive!
