From the dentist to the assistants they truly care about your oral well being and want help you reach a healthy place. Never had any problems or concerns with billing, insurance, or practices. Dr.Mary and Dr.Matt are awesome Dentists!! Our family has went to Dr. Mary for Years and will continue to do so!! I want to Thank Dr. Matt and staff for the care they gave Crystal today with her abscessed tooth!!🤗 Thank you so much!!!!!!!!
Technical skills are sufficient, but communication up front about timelines and processes is unorganized at best. And be prepared to spend more on your procedure than expected, because their ability to pre-approve with insurance is non-existent.
