Before my visit, I had a rather disappointing experience with a receptionist at Family Dental of Reidville. While my visit to the practice itself was fine, my initial phone interaction with their receptionist at this location was quite unpleasant. I called to ask about my insurance and to see if I was in network with the practice because the list of in-network providers wouldn't load in guardian's online portal. This is an incredible dentist office. The hygienist was amazing and the dentist was super thorough. I have avoided the dentist for years, but I really like this place.
