I Visited family dental today for the 1st time. It was such a great experience.. I was very nervous. They were so very kind and respectful. I went for a teeth cleaning. it was great.. great experience. I look forward to getting my teeth fix by them.
I am livid. I paid out of pocket to Family Dental for emergency dental work that I could not wait for my insurance company to approve. My insurance company informed me that I need to have the Dental Office request to have the reimbursement check made out to the patient rather then the dental office. I made that request. Family Dentist failed to do so. My insurance company sent a check to the Dental office on 7/30/16. The check was cashed on 8/11/16. I sent an email. I have never received a response.
