This dentist is unprofessional. I recently did a four by four dental implant at his office. My upper temp denture broke during the process. He promised to replace it with another set, however he never did. I was left without any upper denture for 3 weeks. I suffered from declining physical strength due to not being able to chew and consume any solid food for 3 weeks. One star is for the girl's who work up front. They have excellent customer service and otherwise there will be none. First of all the owners wife said some stuff that does not add up. She talked to me like I was stupid. Little did she know that I worked for health care organizations (U.C Davis and Kaiser) for over 13 years and in the Nursing school right now. Would rate negative if I could. Came in for dental work and didn’t have insurance active at the time but knew our insurance would be active the next day and would retro back to the 1st of February to pay for the dates of service. So we ended up paying up front. The office said they would pay us back once the insurance paid them so we said ok as long as we get a refund. DON'T go here. The dentist was very rude to his employee and starting yelling at the poor girl right in front of me, then the dentist left the room for about 15 minutes. After a few minutes the dentist came back and apologized for the wait. The rest of my visit was alright until I got to the front counter. waited over 45 minutes after our scheduled appt. had some questions before service, refused to have a consultation with us, which was our reason for visit, until we complete and pay for x rays and wouldn't even bill MA for the x rays. poor service money hungry in and out type of service with very little care and compassion for patients
