They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
