I have been going to Spring Valley Dental for the past 20 years and I have never had a bad dental experience. The staff has always given my family outstanding care.
I always have an issue with the front desk here. They tell me one thing over the phone just to get me there, then something completely different when I arrive. I’ve shown up for appointments they accidentally cancelled. They told me to come in for a procedure that I was putting off because of the price. They told me they would workout a payment plan for me so I came in only for them to tell me they couldn’t do a payment plan and I needed to reschedule. A complete waste of my time. And the office manager is always so rude.
We were looking for a dentist after moving to Columbia and found Family Dental Care of Spring Valley. We couldn’t be more pleased with this place! We’ve had cleanings and some crown work done to repair what our former dentist did. If you’re looking for a good competent dental service, this is the place for you!! Also had an upper partial replaced and I couldn’t be happier with the attention given to adjusting and making sure the partial was a perfect fit!!
