The new cleaning tech was totally awesome, professional, knew her stuff and was very compassionate about any discomfort. I felt. The 2 girls were also very helpful as I am on social security and cannot afford 2 molars crowned and they were right there guarding me with the Care Crest. It made my day. Thank you!

Very brief and unwelcoming visit. Service has not made an impression on me as it has in the past. New staffing do maybe they are still adjusting...hope to have a better experience the next time.

I recently had my 6 month check-up at Family Dental Care in West Roxbury. For me the true sign of a good hygienist and dentist is pain-free care, that is exactly what I get every time I visit Family Dental Care. Oh and the good bag (toothbrush, toothpaste and floss are an added bonus)
