The staff was extremely nice, caring, compassionate and professional. JACKIE was AWESOME!!!! She took care of me making sure a got my extraction. Ananda and Dr. Romano were EXCELLENT!!! Great job. I didn’t feel a thing. I highly recommend this office!!!

I wasn't happy with my old dental practice and I wanted a second opinion on a procedure I wanted done. The process with them had dragged on for 3 months, due to inefficiencies on their part. I found Dr Kevin Babajoni (at Family Dental Care) on my insurance company provider list. Staff was great in scheduling quickly. I came early to complete new patient paperwork and was seen promptly. Dr. Mertens is great — very thorough and informative. I had a crown put in; I didn’t feel a thing and it fit like a glove! The tech Alma that installed my temporary crown was amazing as well. Alma told me exactly what she was doing at each step which was enlightening and also very thoughtful.

DR.Babajoni and Dr.Andy were very helpful. Didn't hesitate to take care of me. Same day appointment I really appreciate. Everyone is so nice and polite. Will recommend

Dr. Romano and his staff were very friendly, understanding of my situation and financial concerns, and Dr. Romano was very informative. He fixed my dental issue in a timely manner (unlike my dentist from my childhood that was extremely money hungry and did not provide adequate care or information). I will be reaching out to Dr. Romano in the next few weeks to get more dental work done. I really appreciate him and his staff, and I will be referring my friends and family to this particular location!
