Dr Babas and his assistant Yas for being their fourth visit and third interaction with the two, I have been very comfortable. They are very professional. I haven't been to the dentist since I was a child and after speaking with them, I instantly became relaxed and felt secured. He is an excellent dentist and having interacted with his assistant three times, I feel as if she's my sister. I trust them both.
Avoid, the dentist did decent work. They don't check with your insurance and just bill you whatever they want. Than play games afterwards, they did not even contact my insurance to see what's covered, or even submit a claim in a timely manner. They want to hold your funds I guess til they feel like it instead of making a phone call. I have never had to deal with anything like this at any other Dentist or Doctor. Family Dental are very nice people. All of my appointments have been courteous and professional. They've done an excellent job on my partials, cleaning services and more. After I've left the clinic, I've had no problems with my teeth and I've never had to go back for any adjustments. GREAT JOB FAMILY DENTAL!!!!!! I love the whole staff.
For two days straight I waited in agony for over an hour just for the dentist to see me. The first appointment I sat for an hour and a half only to find out that there was nothing the doctor could do that day and that I needed to return the next day. The very next day, I sat in the same office over an hour to get service. I do not recommend this place if you don't want to be sitting in a crammed waiting room, and having to wait over an hour to get service.
Dr. Andy did my root canal today. He was very professional & he was able to finish my procedure in one visit & it didn’t hurt at all. Thank you so much & I'm very grateful to have him a as specialist. To add everyone was very nice & helpful in the office.
