Amazing service every time!
I went to get a regular check up and before going in. I called and asked if they accept my specific insurance. delta dental PPO. I was told yes and nothing else. When i got there, I asked at least two other times before going to get seen. They just said yes. Turns out the doctor accepts delta dental premier. Meaning, while technically “in-network”, my insurance only covers half. Had I been aware the dentist was not on my particular plan, I would have not stepped foot to get seen. I had a great experience with Dr. Patel and the entire team. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, organized, and professional, which immediately put me at ease.
