The worst place you can go to receive dental care! Dentist and employees can be rude and unhelpful! They will do only 1 tooth at a time if they feel like it or if they have to many patience that day. Billing department is a joke and you'll always end up dealing with a voice machine instead of a real person. Avoid this Place!! Same with Humana Insurance!! INCORRECT BUSINESS LISTING. THIS IS NOT DR. SHAFTEL'S BUSINESS AND HE ONLY WORKED IN THIS OFFICE FROM MARCH-APRIL 2008. THESE PEOPLE WERE NOT SEEN BY DR. SHAFTEL. THESE REVIEWS SAY THESE PATIENTS WERE SEEN BY A FEMALE DOCTOR AND DR. SHAFTEL CLEARLY IS NOT A FEMALE. THESE PEOPLE WERE NEVER SEEN OR TREATED BY DR. SHAFTEL. IF YOU WISH TO FIND DR. SHAFTEL HIS PRACTICE NAME IS VITA DENTAL IN WEST CHESTER AND HAS BEEN THERE SINCE 2008.

dont ever go. i have had the worst experiences and work done for me and my child. the receptionist are rude, and the doctor worked on the wrong teeth on both of us. we went back complaining our tooth still hurts and he told me their was no way, we are trippin, to wait a week for the filling to heal, and we'll be o.k. but we couldnt eat or drink, so i went a different dentist and found out we actually needed a root canal, and he worked on the wrong teeth. i actually called a year later trying to get him to fix it, and the rec... read more
