I called to schedule an appointment this afternoon and Unfortunately, I had to repeat myself every time I spoke on the phone . Despite spelling out my name and providing my date of birth using numbers, the receptionist still asked if I said 5” or 6”.To my surprise, she bluntly told me,”You have a very strong accent.” I requested to speak with someone who could better understand me, but she refused and offered excuses. I am glad that this dental office is growing to the point that you have to wait months for an appointment, 5 or more for a cleaning. It was not always that way. However when I need to make appointment for procedures that would cost me out of pocket over $3000, I can get a appointment within 2 weeks. I made an appointment in October for an April appointment. They did not have my appointment and told me the next appointment will be months down the road. This is not the first time having issues with appointments. I have recomme... read more

I’m am so gushing right now can I tell you. I just seen the hygienist Kenya, I hope I’m spelling her name correctly. She was such a pleasure to experience and I felt extremely comfortable in her care. She has really made my day and I appreciate her for that. Representation truly matters 💜thank you.
