Cleaning It seems like each time I come for a cleaning I get a new technician. I have had good experiences with them and they do a thorough job. I hate going to the dentist because of past experiences growing up but I can honestly say I have not had one bad experience at Family Dental Associates and Dr Folks is awesome.
First off it was great to be called back for my appointment on time, too often it seems you have to wait for 30 minutes in the waiting room at Dr's offices past the appointment time. If I had to wait I did notice the waiting room, like the rest of the office, was very upscale and clean. The hygienist, Gina, was friendly and talked me through each thing she was going to do before she did it and was very thorough with my cleaning. Your technician was very conversant about the procedures we were going to use. She explained the reason each was used and why. I appreciated her expertise in the procedures and being concerned about my comfort during the treatment. I would recommend her to my friends.

I have gone to Family Dental Associates for a very long time and have never had anything but excellent service! Everyone is very knowledgeable,friendly and the staff really cares about their patients. I would recommend them to anyone.
