My daughter has been going to Family Dental since she was born, and she's 6 now. I've also been going to Family Dental for several years now. My daughter and I have never had an issue with them. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait before you are brought to the back, however, they do their best to get you to the back to be seen as quickly as they can. It was a amazing visit. Everyone in the office and I mean Everyone was amazing!
Let me start off by saying they do exceptional work here but the customer service and attitudes of some of the Doctors are unbelievable. I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advance and the dentist told me her availability which was 1030 am. I arrived at the office at 10:33 and I have video proof (via Instagram Story ). In that 3 minutes they gave someone else my appointment and I was forced to wait 2 hours before being seen and was told I was going to have to wait some more.
