I've been going here for over 10 years. The last few times here I've had horrible customer service. They close at 6 pm. I walked in at 5:45 pm, they're were no customers and 2 stylists. They said it was to late. I asked if they closed at 6. she said yes but they were understaffed and couldn't take me. Again not 1 customer. I went the next day at 11:30. 3 stylists cutting hair. Been going here forever! � They're all awesome and I DEFINITELY recommend here if you want brights! Just make sure you call ahead so they have the brand/color you'd like! c: I go back for all my refreshes too!
