While the team at FCB tries to blame changes in scope or design for their poor workmanship and overrun of costs, the reality is a VERY fair process was followed. They provided an original quote for a full kitchen remodel for budget purposes. An independent designer was hired and a design plan was provided. We’ve paid a lot of money to Sanjo Ramos Jr and his company Family Custom Builders to build an addition on our house and gave him many chances and listened to dozens of excuses as to why he couldn’t even get the permit from the town completed. He told us in the written contract we all signed in March of 2022 this would be built by August of 2022. Absolutely amazing service! I wish i could find my before picture but my new deck outside was completely remodeled and I am in LOVE with it thanks to their service and dedication. Sanjo is an amazing individual to work with and very understanding. The job was done also very fast and couldn't be more thankful to him and his team.
Want to thank the team and staff for helping me and my wife get our dream kitchen! They were super attentive to our needs and detailed with all the steps! Process was super fast and reliable! Looking forward to do my front porch and my deck next! Totally recommend them!!
