I am writing to share my experience so that others are fully informed before choosing this dental office. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience while receiving a crown procedure. During the process, the dentist trimmed down several of my surrounding teeth and exposed one of my tooth nerves, which caused me significant pain. i had the worst experience here while getting a crown done. the dentist was rude and didn't seem like he cared about his patients. i had to return multiple times just to get my temporary crown glued back in again because it kept falling out. during drilling, i could feel everything. it was so painful, and no anesthetic or numbing gel was given to me. to top it off, they called me 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment to tell me that my permanent crown was not in yet, while i was already on my way. waste of time and gas.... read more

Edit: I went to this office multiple times for dental work and eventually stopped going because the experience consistently felt unprofessional and careless. The main dentist often seemed irritated, dismissive, and easily offended, which made me feel very uncomfortable as a patient. Most of my appointment time was spent waiting while he handled other patients, only for him to rush through my treatment. We went to this dentist for a few months. There was some miscommunication between our insurance company and the dentist office. We called our insurance company and after awhile they got in contact with the Dentist (Bertram Hughes) so we could clarify why we were overcharged on services we're insured for.
