This place is a joke ..I am new to the area and picked this dentist for my child and she left traumatized.they do not let you go in the back with your child so you don't really know what goes on back there they want to work on your mouth with any ways of numbness so you will feel all the pain my daughter loves going to the dentist however now she say she's scared to return to any dentist.warning IF YOU HAVE KIDS STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE
Awful place to visit!! My Grand-daughter went to this place yesterday. Would not allow parent to go back with young child. What dentist does fillings without anesthesia or a topical numbing gel. This place needs to be closed down. You are traumatizing children. They will never what to go to the dentist again.
I have always been given excellent services since I've been coming to family and cosmetics dentistry. I came as a child and remembered the care I received there and wanted the same exact care for both my children. My children absolutely love this dentistry and the care the staff provides, I never have to worry about their safety with them in the back. Thank you staff and the chief dentist there, Dr. Bertram.
Very friendly and professional and i like the service!
Received a great cleaning today before going to the orthodontist to get a stronger wire on my braces. Great atmosphere, excellent job as always.
