Friendly staff the actual dentist was unable to help. If you’re trying to go there for an emergency, they’re going to take x-rays then try to send you somewhere else and collect your insurance money. An easy cash grave.

I am writing to share my experience so that others are fully informed before choosing this dental office. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience while receiving a crown procedure. During the process, the dentist trimmed down several of my surrounding teeth and exposed one of my tooth nerves, which caused me significant pain. Weird secretary, I called asking about making me a retainer and she insisted it was somehow malpractice to make one (????) and then she got indignant and started listing her degrees when I asked to talk to the dentist. You're the hygienist, I'm not paying for your expertise. She got her ego involved and they lost like a $1500 cash job. Another ortho picked up my business the next phone call I made. Really bizarre way to lose money for no reason

i had the worst experience here while getting a crown done. the dentist was rude and didn't seem like he cared about his patients. i had to return multiple times just to get my temporary crown glued back in again because it kept falling out. during drilling, i could feel everything. it was so painful, and no anesthetic or numbing gel was given to me. to top it off, they called me 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment to tell me that my permanent crown was not in yet, while i was already on my way. waste of time and gas.... read more
