I was recommended this clinic from others in my neighborhood. Everyone says they are great. I have tried to call so many times, left a message asking for a call back, as well as sent an email. I never once got a response back or even have someone answer the phone. I tried multiple times, different days, different times throughout the day and no one ever answered the phone. I cant rate the service or care or anything. But not once has someone answered the phone when I've tried to call.
A few years ago, our regular dentist office moved 30 min away so we decided to try Cobb because they are close to home. What a terrible experience. My husband would have an appt for certain work to be done and when he would get there Dr Cobb would do something totally different. Dr. Cobb also sent my husband to have 2 implants in 3 years! Implants are VERY expensive and no other dentist has ever mentioned getting implants to him - even the dentist that we have seen since leaving Dr. Cobb has never mentioned that he needed/ne... read more
