I initially used Corcell when my son was born in 2001. Last year FamilyCord acquired Corcell and I received the standard letter explaining the change etc. I didn't think it was that big of a deal until I just opened the email with my annual fee due. It went from $99 per year to $150! FamilyCord also encourages paying ahead by 5, 10, 25, or 50 years to receive a slightly reduced charge.
