Since starting with my company it has been nothing but a mess! I’ve been told I’m lying, I didn’t send messages, and now I can’t get our visitation provider to even reply back to a email. Isaiah and Courtney have not helped at all but rather argue and try and take the heat off their plate. I’ve been trying to get a visits. Was unsuccessful with Isaiah. Amazing people and culture!
Memorie Bush made many errors on her report. She refused to correct most of them, only correcting the most major error. The major error was life altering and her and her supervisor were initially defiant about even making that error, it took many emails and some persistence to get an acknowledgment of that major error. When I tried to work with her to get the errors corrected, she was very rude, defiant and disrespectful. She showed no empathy and refused to even apologize for the major error.
