Nothing but great service!!! ****** came out same day within a couple of hours after we discovered one of our tension springs had broken. We went over everything that needed done and honestly I already knew I needed a new door but went ahead and opted to just get us back up and working for now. In a month or two I will most definitely be calling back for a full replacement. Just bad timing right now ac just had to be repaired. My girlfriend hired this company in August, 2021 for a garage door opener install. This cost more than $600 which included a three year warranty. Less than a year later the opener stopped working and when they came out they stated she needed additional springs which cost her $345. Two trained technicians stated her garage door was too heavy for the opener that they originally installed. UNBELIEVABLE!! Why didn't they tell her that when they first came out to do the install?
