If I could put 0 it would be 0 they left us with no cables on our garage for 2 years then said they didnt take the cables they said our cables were missing and the spring was broken. They charged us $400 to replace the spring and cables that the previous guy had cut off saying we didnt need them. Our door worked for the 2 years but eventually started to act up. This review is not factual and what you are stating is not mechanically possible. Your garage door could not function properly for two years without cables. That is unheard of. Secondly, the garage door spring would not be functional without cables therefore the spring would have never broken. They have the best customer service! ************************* came and fixed my garage door on a Sunday morning. He was there in an hour and had my door fixed in 30 minutes. He saved the day and even fixed my problem with the door not closing all the way down without me asking! The best part is the price is reasonable and ********** charge to come out! I will definitely be using them in the future!
