Knowledgeable Dr Stefano is a talker, super friendly and skilled, just be prepared to wait 20 min before getting into a room, waited 30 mins before he comes in and when I said how much I appreciate his adjustments I would also appreciate my time be respected since isn't that why we set appointments? Made excuses an ultimately said its best I see other chiropractor, wow thats how you handle feedback?? Ok 'professional'
I've gone to Dr Stephanos for about 10+years. When my Sciatica Super flares up about once a year or so I visit His office and I'm usually back to 100% within a few days of a treatment.
I was disappointed when I came back here with a different staff in front, The staff told me to come at 2pm and I waited for an hour yet my name wasn’t called for treatment, I was the first patient in line but all were just passing in front of me..Dr. Stephanu is great but he can’t handle his staff discriminating other race..
