I've been with them since my 2017 I think, and I have had nothing but great people working with me. they always make sure my needs are meet. They care for my mental health and give great parenting tips for me to do with my children. I recommend anybody looking to improve themselves to get the help you need. You are responsible for your actions and the right place to start taking accountability and learning how to move forward is here.
You guys don't take my insurance, that is fine. But at least be polite over the phone and give correct guidance. I did not appreciate the the way call center help desk person spoke with me. The lady who connected me to the call center didn't have any answers either. Just be polite. Speak softly.
