What is the point of making an appointment. If they first take the cars that come here after you. I mean if they see in their system that certain vehicles have an appointment at a certain time. When they walk out their office those are the vehicle they should walk up to first.
Horrible service. I purchased extended warranty on my car and when I needed help I got told they don’t handle convertible work there and referred me to some shady mechanic downtown who wanted to charge a minimum of $2,000 (I was able to self research, figure out the part I needed was $65, and fixed it myself.) On another occasion, I bring the car in again to tell them my door won’t lock and they don’t attempt to help, they just tell me to take it to an electrifican, this time not even doing me the discourtesy of referring me... read more
