All I can say I've always gotten good service when I visit the dealership!!! Joseph Rodriguez is a hell of a salesperson and knows how to take care of you and helps you find something that suits you and your budget. So don't be afraid to ask for him!!!!
They make false advertisement. They say u can take home a car with a low payment of 180$ monthly then I go spend 2 hours waiting for then to say sorry u have low credit..wth�

The service department is great very helpful, not like the sale reps they don't even call to update with customer to see how everything is going all they care about it making their money and run!
SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND DONT SHOP AT FAMILY CHEVROLET Had a terrible experience with this company i got my 2014 chevy cruze with only 12 mi on it and everything was brand new in this car and this car dies on me!!! (I have to drive through Loop 20 to go to work almost daily) the seatbelt buckle has been replaced 3 times and still doesnt work... they can NEVER duplicate the problem with my car im on my 3rd year with this nightmare with the company SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND DONT SHOP AT FAMILY CHEVROLET
