Had a great experience today when I went to purchase a much needed car at Nissan. Why am I writing my review here? I was a bit uneasy when they started processing my application to the point where I wanted to walk away. But luckily my friend Oscar Urdiales works next door and I told him about my situation. By my experience everyone was as friendly as can be. They answered all my questions and made the car buying process easy. At the garage the staff was knowledgeable and helpful.

Operators answering phones should be more attentive in how things are handled in every department. I called in to ask how much a wheel alignment was and she told me and I asked what times it was open she told me just to be there before the service shop opens. I'm there an hour and a half waiting and for them to tell me I have to make an appointment. Have operators get more training or hire new ones that will ask there way around to learn the ropes.
