Purchased a brand new 2026 chevy traverse rs, used it for 5 days and it stopped working had to get it towed to dealership. Its been in the shop for 6 days and still no clear diagnostics. Today they requested for me to take the spare key to reprogram again. This was supposedly done the first time I went to look at the vehicle before purchasing. My experience at Sames Chevrolet was great. Jorge was able to help me out and clarify my questions with clear and precise answers. I received one of the best customer service in a dealership and I am very happy with my new vehicle. Big shoutout to Jorge helping me out.
Wouldn't recommend these dealership poor customer service only reason I still take it for service is because it's under warranty but as soon as that's over, never stepping foot in these place again.
