Very poor customer service in the car department. Mr. Elpidio (Pete) Amezcua only calls when it’s convenient for him, and it’s already been almost three weeks without giving us any information. Since Friday we’ve been waiting for his call, and he doesn’t even answer. We’ve had to go in person to ask directly; otherwise, we would have no idea what’s going on with the car.
