Im so upset also about the new office which we didn't even know they moved. How do we get our records moved so they don't wind up in the trash. I was loyal to Peter for 40 years. Not sure what happened now. James daddato

I’m genuinely sad to be writing this review because this practice used to be excellent. I moved to Denver in 2016 and needed a primary care provider I could see regularly, as I take PrEP and require routine follow-ups. Dr. Peter Prutch was recommended to me by neighbors, and at the time, Family Centered Medicine was exactly what the name promised. This practice has gone completely down the drain. I haven’t been able to even get through to them to ask for my records or make and appointment for weeks now. I don’t even know if they are still open. This has been the experience of every patient I know that used to go there. Sad This was my review when Peter was still there He’s just the best. If you’re LGBTQ don’t even think about it, he’s the best.

I'm not sure how this practice is still running. The previous provider retired without letting any of his patients know. The receptionist, Nikki, is awful. If she is having a bad day she'll create tension and play the victim. She is not allowing patients to even make contact with the office to get a refill request approved. I'll be contacting the BBB. This practice provides extremely inadequate health care.
