Family Centered Healthcare has some of the most irritating front desk staff. Rude and unprofessional and let's not forget the lies. The gal put an address into my daughter's file and then said that I gave it to her over the phone which is an outright lie because there was never a discussion of addresses. On more than one occasion I have arrived and stood at the front awaiting her to get off a personal phone call.
