It was an awesome experience it's always a great and relaxing time at the Dentist office.
The best dentist in Baton RougeLA. The staff is always very professional and friendly. They provide excellent customer service and show they really care. Dr. Shea has been my dentist for over ten years and he is not in my benefit network. Although I'm harheaded sometimes heis still patient with me. I love him and the staff. It makes for enjoyable visits to the dentist.
I had an excellent experience. Brie (sorry on the spelling) was polite and thorough. She was also knowledgable and well articulated answers to my question. Dr. Shea is very personable and neither him nor his office manager engaged in high pressure sales tactics in regards to recommended treatment I wished to delay. This was refreshing. The care provided was top notch and I look forward to visiting again...not something you can typically say about going to the dentist.
My visit was pleasurable. Sounds odd for a dentist visit but true. i was greeted nicely had my teeth cleaned by a very nice hygienist who offered ongoing maintenance suggestions. Dr. Shea was thorough in his examination of my teeth and mouth courteous and friendly as usual. All of this was done so timely that I was out before I expected.
Loved the attention to my cleaning provided by my technician. Knowledgable considerate (especially of sensitivity) and personable. I feel very confident in the honesty and skill of the staff.
Excellent work. My chipped tooth was fixed and no one can tell which tooth it was...thanks!
