Very disappointed to find out that after filling out all the paperwork, paying and waiting, seeing the nurse there's only LPN's on site here; even after I signed a pain contract for controlled substances (which I take for my back/neck conditions) they said they wouldn't help me and turned me away. They did return my money to my card: that's the only reason I gave 1 star.
