Very disappointed with my visit today!! I made an appointment for 10:00 for a simple sports physical. We arrived at 9:45 and called to check in since we have to wait in the car. We waited for an hour and 15 mins in the parking. We were not called into the building until a full hour after our appointment time. I understand that there are extra things happening behind the scenes for COVID 19 precautions but you should adjust your appointment schedule to allow for those extra measures. the employees are great AND have good manners
The receptionist, that works during the week has an ugly attitude, that is out of this world. She will not help you instead she likes to argue and hang up on you before you can ask another question. She doesnt seem to care that you or anyone, for that matter, is sick, and dear lord, being face to face with her doesnt change her one bit. I saw Dr. Trina Ryan due to swollen glands and feeling very tired. I told her I hadn’t been sleeping well because of a frozen left shoulder. She gave me exercises to do and Flexeril. I slept all night, pain free for the first time in 6 months. Such a great doctor!
Horrible experience. Took my son for mysterious lesions. They had no clue what it was and said he needed to see a dermatologist. I said I wanted a local one but if that wasn’t possible then send us to LeBonheur. They called 3 days later with a referral in dyersburg. Then said oh no one in Jackson takes your insurance. I called insurance and guess what there were 3 I could see locally. I decided to take him to his pediatrician and they dx it as fungal. Never again will I take him there. They were awful
There employees leak your information to people they know that you know. Tells them what your prescribed and what you came in for. When we let them know and showed proof they did NOTHING! I guess hippa doesn't apply here!
Super nice staff. Caring and efficient.
I love this clinic and the practitioners there. They go out of their way to make you comfortable. They listen and take time to hear your concerns. I have never had a bad experience here! Thank you Family Care Walk-in Clinic!!
